MEXICO CITY: TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE AND URBAN INTEGRATION

THE SITE WAS DOMINATED BY CONVOLUTED ACCESS, DANGEROUS PEDESTRIAN ENVIRONMENT, LACK OF INTEGRATION OF HOSPITAL AND TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE AND POOR QUALITY PUBLIC REALM .
STATION ENTRANCE ACCESS POOR AND NOT OBVIOUS
OUR PROPOSAL WAS TO INTEGRATE THE TWO SEPARATED COMMUNITIES AND THE HOSPITAL, CREATE EASY ACCESS TO THE STATION AND PROVIDE A NEW PULIC REALM PLAZA.
EXISTING SITUATION SHOWING SEGREGATION
